Notification settings can enable 2 types

• Email Notifications
• SMS Notifications: enabling sms using Twilio API, you will needs Twilio API Credentials

# Reminders

Adds ability to send reminder via email or SMS before and/or after appointments automatically, also you can send the SMS or E-mail to the customer with pre defined template and/or to your agent or admin.

# SMS Templates

You can use these variables in your email and sms notifications. Just click on the variable with {} brackets and it will automatically copy to your buffer and you can simply paste it where you want to use it. It will be converted into a value for the agent/service or appointment.
