Every single section has many field to fill, like agent first name, last name, Avatar, Display name, email, phone number,status, extra emails, extra phone numbers, Bio image, bio description, Agent Highlights.
TIP
You can assign, disable all services or custom some for an agent, also you can add a custom working days for him/her
